ABOUT

I am an evolutionary biologist interested in the connections between genomes and behavior. The genomics of Hymenopteran symbioses are my strongest passion and area of current research though I am also interested in non-model genomics and second- and third-generation sequencing generally.

Currently, I am a postdoc with Sarah Kocher in the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University. I received my PhD from the Committee on Evolutionary Biology at the University of Chicago where I was advised by Curator Corrie Moreau at the Field Museum of Natural History.
